旭川火頭山拉麵本店

在旭川的這一天中午,吃的是有名的火頭山拉麵本店!

創始於旭山市的火頭山拉麵,是創始人畠中先生,一次看完表演、帶家人臨時找了家拉麵店吃,但因為不滿意拉麵口味而想要做出讓家人滿意的拉麵、因此而創立,剛開始只提供一種口味的拉麵—鹽味拉麵。

而剛開始店內僅有9個座位,創始本店就位在JR旭山車站路程不到5分鐘的地方,位置相當方便。現今的本店也不是非常的大,也因此用餐時段人非常的多!

現在火頭山拉麵增加了多種口味,這次我點的是味噌拉麵,口味相當濃厚,不過吃久了會有點鹹,下次應該點個招牌口味鹽味拉麵來試試!

This day afternoon in Asahikawa, I ate famous ramen which called Santouka, and it was the original store! Santouka’s founder Hitoshi Hatanaka, one day after watched performance, stopped at a ramen shop for a quick meal with his family.

Unsatisfied with the taste of the shop’s ramen, Hatanaka declared that the next time he would be the one making ramen for his family.

At the beginning, there were only one flavor on the menu — Salt Ramen and only had 9 seats.

The original store is near the JR station, only take about 5 minutes by walk.

Even until now the store become bigger, it still be too small to accommodate many guests.

Now Santouka has more than one flavor on its menu. I ordered miso ramen and it tastes dense, but a little bit salty. Maybe I should try the specialty slat ramen next time!
