带广 猪肉盖饭特辑

說起十勝,讓大多數的人能想到的不是廣闊的平原,卻是名聲在外的豬肉飯。在札幌時經常路過一家名為『一平』的十勝豬肉飯店家,循著香味想進去嚐嚐卻總被排隊的人嚇退。而今有幸來到十勝,自然要到最著名的豬肉飯本店嚐嚐。说到带广的美食,真的有很多的要说,大家都听说过有名的猪肉盖饭,有着 悠久历史的猪肉饭,至今正传遍全球。现在游客们几乎都会在旅途中享受一顿美食。记得我在玩的那一天,吃了3顿猪肉饭,每走5分钟就会发现大约10家的猪肉 饭,你甚至可以叫我小胖猪。

首先我要向大家介绍的是带广最有名的鹤桥。我们去的时候正好是午餐时间,当然我非常的饿,于是乎,我要了超级大的猪肉饭,要比 普通的大上3倍。由于它的颜色特别,是纯黑色的,所以我有点担心我是否能吃的下去。但是当入口的那一瞬间,我石化了,是那么的香。人间美食。

第二家,我和朋友去的叫做ぱんちょう的店,距离JR带广站很近。也值得尝一尝,店里的菜单上只有4种,很简单。按照猪肉片数区分的。很有意思的是,那里的员工都是老奶奶对待外国人很亲切的。進店前自然長隊是免不了的,進店後立刻就能聞到炭烤的香味。菜單很簡單,主打豬肉飯,按分量文雅的分為『松』『竹』『梅』『華』四種。烤的豬肉上帶有鐵網的痕跡,淋上店家特製的醬汁,點上數顆豌豆,豬肉選用五花,咬起來肉汁飽滿,醬汁濃厚很下飯,當然,對於喜歡肉食的朋友還是點肉量多的來的爽快。

最后一站是站里的一家很显眼的,没有更多的介绍,去体验体验就知道它的美味。

Special Edition of Butadon (Pork rice) in Obihiro

Speaking of delicious food in Obihiro,I have tons of words to say.As we all have heard that Obihiro is the birthplace of the delicacy called butadon(pork on bowl of rice).It has been popular traditionally and is becoming increasingly famous.Many foreigners and the native people have enjoyed it at least  once during their stay.

When I was traveling in Obihiro, just 5 minutes walk ,I saw there are approximately 10restaurants where you can enjoy butadon.I have enjoyed it three times one day.You could even call me a little chubby pig.Firstly I am going to recommend the most famous one called tsuruhashi.When we went there, it’s just the time people were eating their lunch.Surely I was desperately hungry and I ordered the super large one which is as big as 3times than the normal one.With its special color (which i mean , black), when I saw it , I was wondering if I could eat it . But actually it’s second to none ,still I have not eaten others’.

Secondly my friend and I went to the restaurant called butadon Pancho which is near the obihiro station and it’s very easy to find.It is named as the most original and traditional pork chop rice restaurant,you could have a try.The menu there is quite simple just four choices divided by the amount.And the staff there are mostly the older people ,who are really kind to foreigners.

The last one I ate is in the obihiro station, which is also as famous as the ones I have ate before.No more introduction just go there and have a try.
